Ben R. Edelen & Sons Tax and Bookkeeping Service, Inc. is a family owned business started in 1956 by Ben R. Edelen, Sr.
His two sons, Ben R. Edelen, Jr. joined the business in 1966 and Thomas G. Edelen came aboard January 2, 1973.
Lisa Kuiper has been with Ben R Edelen & Sons, Inc since 1998. She is currently Office Manager. Upon graduating with honors from Sullivan University, she began her career spanning over 20 years in the accounting field. Her dedication to provide superior client services is one of her greatest qualities. She prides herself on being proactive and reactive to her client’s needs.
Lisa works with an emphasis in payroll, bookkeeping and income tax preparation. She is a registered tax preparer with the Internal Revenue Service. Lisa is also a certified Notary Public.
Carolyn S Greaves has 40 years of experience in Income Tax Preparation including Personal, Partnerships, Corporations, Trusts and Inheritance. Carolyn is also experienced in Payroll and Accounting. She is a former enrolled agent from 1981-2003. She is the former General Manager of a Tax Preparation office with over 21 locations (including franchise offices). Her responsibilities with Ben R Edelen & Sons, Inc are Preparing Income Tax Returns, Accounting, Customer Service, Researching & Problem Solving of Various Tax Situations, and Electronic Filing Issues.
She has taken advanced courses in Income Tax Preparation for Individuals, Partnerships, Corporations and Trusts. Throughout The years, she has attended University of Kentucky and University of Louisville tax Seminars since 1974.
